Our managing director and designer of our products, Mohammad Ali Sanii (architect) believes that new architecture designs and manufacturing processes could be used to manufacture long-lasting concrete building blocks which are pleasing to the eye and provide a cost-effective alternative to other building materials. This vision led to the opening of our precast concrete manufacturing unit in 1983.

We made a major milestone in 1984, when we introduced the patterned double-faced precast walls and fences (reinforced concrete) to the market.  This new design and product provided a very cost-effective alternative to the products which were available in the market at the time.

Our second major milestone was achieved in 2009, when our research into (a) manufacturing ice-resistant flooring; and (b) design optimization to minimize the required number of joint welds, resulted in mass production of our new products.

Between 2009-2014  we focused our R&D efforts on optimizing our manufacturing processes for precast buildings, lightweight walls, and reinforced concrete insulators. This resulted in mass manufacturing of our new products which were 75% lighter than the existing building materials.

Iran is located in an earthquake-prone region and therefore we have conducted comprehensive tests to ensure earthquake resistance of our products.

Our goal at  Beton Kaveh has always been to implement the most advanced methods of construction to produce our products. Mohammad Ali Sanii, our managing director, is greatly honoured that within the last 35 years his designs and products has served more than 3000 clients ranging from SMEs to governmental organizations.
